We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products, which is why we offer a 100% Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Our goal is to ensure you have gear you can trust in any outdoor environment.
Our Lifetime Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal, intended use. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it, replace it, or issue a refund at our discretion. However, the warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product is also not covered.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your BearTrapUSA product, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of purchase, and the product must be in new or lightly used condition. Returns made due to personal preference (such as color or size changes) must be unused and in resellable condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a BearTrapUSA error or a verified warranty issue.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at abeverley@beartrapusa.com with your order details. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping your product back to us. Be sure to include the RAN on the return package to ensure timely processing.
If you believe you have a valid warranty claim, email us at abeverley@beartrapusa.com with a detailed description of the issue, photos or videos highlighting the defect, and proof of purchase. Our team will review your claim and determine the best course of action. We strive to process claims as quickly as possible, ensuring you can get back to enjoying the outdoors with gear you can rely on.
